This will include two different countries in the EMEA region to prepare you for future leadership roles.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The assignments will provide you with the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an exciting and engaging engineering leadership career at Eaton. The roles will be steppingstones to a career in Research and Development&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our main base locations for these roles are UK, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Italy.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What are the entry requirements for the Program?</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor\u2019s or master's degree in engineering (software engineering, computer science, electronics/electrical engineering, power electronics, embedded systems, systems engineering, etc.) with a graduation date no later than August 2024&nbsp;</li><li>Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience)&nbsp;</li><li>Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Are you interested?
