Early Talent assignments hold true significance to our businesses, while you work side-by-side with Eaton leaders to advance your career.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your career matters \u2013 and we are here to make it work.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Eaton <strong>Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program</strong> is a three-year rotational program that includes 3 unique, 12-month assignments across different businesses and 2 different countries in the EMEA region to prepare you for future leadership roles.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Two assignments are in the commercial area, which means it is a role in our sales organization, and the second assignment available is in the operations team which will help you to gain experience in the supply chain and manufacturing part of our business.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Potential Commercial Assignment:</strong> digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales, etc.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Potential\u202fOperations Assignments:</strong> lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management and logistics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Our main base locations for these roles are Hungary, UK, Poland, Serbia, Morocco, Finland, Turkey.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What are the entry requirements for the Program?</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in electrical engineering and/or business degree (with a graduation date no later than August 2024)&nbsp;</li><li>Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience)&nbsp;</li><li>Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Are you interested?
